2013BottlenecksCover_FrontThe American Transportation Research Institute (ATRI) today announced the release of findings of its 2013 Congestion Analysis of 100 Freight-Significant Highway Locations.  The research, which assesses the level of truck-oriented congestion at 250 locations on the national highway system, uses several customized software applications and analysis methods, along with terabytes of data from trucking operations to produce a congestion impact ranking for each location. The locations detailed in the report represent the top 100 most congested locations.  This research is one of the expanded capabilities of ATRI’s Freight Performance Measures (FPM) initiative.
