ATRI is currently part of a FHWA-sponsored team that is developing and providing technical support for a national outreach program targeted at decision makers involved with Traffic Incident Management. As part of this research, these decision makers will be empowered to clearly and easily determine an unequivocal business case for their region’s investment in Traffic Incident Management using a simple but credible benefit-cost tool that the team is developing.
